October 18th 1:30-4:30 “Connect and Retreat into your Relationship”

If you want to enhance your relationship to your partner, this is the retreat for you. You will learn how to listen deeply and communicate in respectful, loving ways. Activities enhancing intimacy will be offered and we will do some light couples yoga. We will also discuss ways you can nurture your relationship. Facilitated by Elaine Wolf Steinberg, LMFT, MSW.
