Joe Driscoll: Hometown Hero with a Guitar

If you enjoy music of any kind, you have to check out Joe Driscoll. I first discovered him a few years ago at the Stoop (in Armory Sq). We stopped in for a margarita, but were blown away by one guy with a guitar.

Joe's music is hard to describe and even harder to label. He plays everything from Paul Simon to Jay-Z, building songs with beat boxing, a loop machine and his guitar. Some call him indy, folk, reggae or hip-hop. Bottom line is that he is extraordinary, and the next time he returns to Syracuse (probably to the Bull & Bear Pub), I suggest you check it out.
